As Franciscan Sisters of the Good Shepherd, our mission is to bring healing, hope, and dignity to those most in need, following the example of Jesus the Good Shepherd. We dedicate our lives to service, compassion, and the promotion of justice and peace.
Our Vision
The vision of the Institute of the Franciscan Sisters of the Good Shepherd is to glorify God by proclaiming Jesus Christ the Good Shepherd as the Lord and Redeemer of the world. The institute seeks to lead the people of God to Christ through exemplary leadership, witnessing to the Gospel in community living, apostolic work, and shared commitment to discerning and fulfilling God's will.
Our Apostolate
Our apostolic work focuses on the leadership of Christ the Good Shepherd and encompasses prayer, education, pastoral care, medical services, social outreach, and domestic work, following the example of St. Francis of Assisi who embraced the mission of the Church through Christ's call.
